This paper discusses the importance of digital technology in supporting and enhancing learning processes in schools. The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed various aspects of human life, particularly education, by creating new opportunities to improve teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of digital technology in improving the quality of learning in schools. A qualitative approach was employed through a literature review method by examining relevant scientific publications and educational studies on the implementation of digital technology in learning environments. The findings indicate that digital technology significantly improves access to learning resources, enhances learning effectiveness through interactive media, supports distance learning, strengthens communication among educational stakeholders, and fosters students' creativity and digital competencies. In addition, digital technology provides greater learning flexibility and increases student engagement in the learning process. However, several challenges remain, including technology dependency, academic dishonesty, reduced social interaction, and unequal access to digital infrastructure. These challenges highlight the importance of digital literacy, responsible technology use, and adequate institutional support. This paper concludes that digital technology has substantial potential to improve learning quality when implemented strategically and supported by appropriate policies, infrastructure, and stakeholder collaboration. Therefore, educational institutions should continue to optimize the integration of digital technology to create more effective, inclusive, and adaptive learning environments.
