Author Guidelines

Authors intending to submit manuscripts to SINERGY Proceedings are required to follow the guidelines below to ensure consistency, academic quality, and smooth processing.

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • The manuscript must not be under consideration by another journal or proceeding.
  • All submissions must align with the Focus and Scope of SINERGY Proceedings.
  • Papers must be written in clear and academic English.

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized in the following structure:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) Name and Affiliation
  3. Abstract (150–250 words)
  4. Keywords (3–5 keywords)
  5. Introduction
  6. Literature Review (if applicable)
  7. Methodology
  8. Results and Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. References

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscript format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Paper size: A4
  • Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides
  • Length: 6–10 pages (including references)
  • Follow the official SINERGY template

4. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must clearly state the research objectives, methods, main findings, and contributions.
  • Avoid citations in the abstract.
  • Provide 3–5 relevant keywords.

5. Citation and References

  • Use APA style (latest edition).
  • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list.
  • Authors are encouraged to use recent and relevant scholarly sources.

6. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure the originality of their work.
  • All manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening before review.
  • Proper acknowledgment must be given to all sources.
  • Research involving human subjects must comply with ethical standards.

7. Review and Revision Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewers’ comments.
  • Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within the specified deadline.
