Abstract

This article explores the role of human resource management (HRM) in fostering creative thinking in the modern era. By systematically reviewing the literature, it identifies key HRM practices, challenges, and opportunities for cultivating creativity within organizations. Findings indicate that a combination of strategic recruitment, training programs, organizational culture, and leadership styles significantly influences employees' creative thinking. This review highlights actionable strategies for HR practitioners and directions for future research.
